Hollywood Mirrors.net FAQ’s

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all of our mirrors.  Should you need to return a mirror for anything other than a manufacturing fault you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

How do I arrange for shipping if there is a manufacturing fault?

Please email info@hollywoodmirrors.net and we will provide you with further information.

Do you ship internationally?

No.  At the moment we only ship to the mainland UK.

Are the mirrors wall mountable?

The bigger mirrors (New York, Paris and Milan) are wall mountable – you will need to supply the anchors into the wall.

Do I need an electrician to install my Hollywood Mirror?

No.  Hollywood Mirrors can be plugged directly into the wall.  The New York is hard wired and the other mirrors come with mains powered adaptors which can be plugged directly into the wall.

Can I buy spare LED bulbs?

The larger mirrors (New York, Paris and Milan) come with 2 spare LED bulbs.  Additional LED bulbs can be purchased from a reputable electrical supplier.

How do I change the LED bulbs?

Simply switch off and unplug the mirror, then unscrew the bulb, you can then screw the replacement in.  Only the larger sized mirrors (New York, Paris and Milan) have replaceable LED bulbs.

Can I use standard light bulbs?

No.  Although the larger mirrors (New York, Paris and Milan) are Edison Screw fittings, these bulbs are LED’s and designed to be energy efficient.  A standard bulb would get very hot and could damage the mirror.  Use of standard light bulbs will void the warranty.

How do I change the LED bulbs on the swivel mirrors?

You can’t change the LED bulbs on the smaller swivel mirrors (Monaco and Tokyo).  Any attempt to do so will void the warranty.  These bulbs should not need to be changed as they have a life of 50,000 hours.  This equates to 5 ½  years non-stop use, so if you remember to switch it off it should last a lot longer.

Are the mirrors dimmable?

Yes, all of our mirrors are dimmable. The larger mirrors (New York, Paris and Milan) have a dimmer switch on the side.  The smaller swivel desktop mirrors (Monaco and Tokyo) have a touch button on the base of the front of the mirror for controlling the brightness.
